Your telegram of 20th April. Understand "Paklet"

required by Admiralty for transport service. Court should

be asked to order delivery to Crown under Order-in-Council

of February 3rd and ship handed over to Senior Naval

Officer who will arrange registration. Steps should be

taken to have ship valued by competent surveyor on basis

of what it would fetch if sold by auction in London today

as it lies in Hongkong. Consumable stores should be

included in valuation. No need to have ship appraised

under order of Court.
